Although originally set up in 1962 as a contracting company named the Associated Construction Company, the Khubchandani Group eventually established itself as a Real Estate Development Company. As Managing Director of HMG Engineering Ltd. and HMG Estates & Housing Ltd., Dr. Prakash Khubchandani constructed a few million sq.ft.; he later went on to establish Khubchandani Group as an independent group to develop real estate projects.

The group has now grown and diversified into alternate real estate ventures of which Healthcare, Hospitality and Leisure are a significant focus for the group under the brand name KrimsonHealth (link to Krimson site).
